Step 1: We initially communicate with our clients in person, over the phone, webcam or via carrier pigeon to receive the brief. We will take this information and digest it and make recommendations to the client.

Step 2: We agree with our client an appropriate solution and draw up a site map, proposal, storyboard or whatever is deemed necessary. A timescale is agreed for the key stages of the project, this depends largely on the nature of the project.

Step 3: Initial Design stage: Designs are drawn up and presented followed by feedback from the client. Its then (very rarely) back to the drawing board or on to the final design proofing.

Step 4: If programming is required the initial programming is undertaken with feedback opportunities presented at key phases of the development. When happy it's on to finishing the programming.

Step 5: Sign Off, after demoing the solution fully the client is given the opportunity to make any further changes and then if happy the project goes live, is printed or sent off to be manufactured.
